Olympus Dog Training Academy offers a wide variety of services and dogs for both pet owner and executives. Our pet training services are available in group classes, private lessons and in-board training at our kennel facility or the increasing option of house calls, training in the comfort of your home and neighbourhood.
Consulting/Behaviour Modification: One of our staff will evaluate your dog free of charge. This allows us to answer your questions in as much detail as you wish after having seen your dog, it’s temperament, character, bond within the family, and your ability to understand and implement the information.
Obedience: We offer Practical Basic Obedience, Intermediate and Advanced Training programs in group classes as well as private training at your home or at one of our facilities. Our training programs are designed to make your life with your pet a pleasant and enjoyable one. Maximize your dogs potential, learn how to become your dogs buddy. Many of our clients move on towards competitions and higher goals through the CKC and Schutzhund events. (CD, CDX, SCHI, SCHII, SCHIII, Ad, TD, TDX, UTD, UTDX, CGN, TEC)
Family Protection: This training program varies in length depending on what level of training you require. The dogs are trained to protect the handler in a threatening scenario. You can book an appointment to have your dog evaluated to see if he/she is suitable for protection training. You may also consider purchasing one of our trained German Shepherds, or we can import a dog for you. All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation.
Tracking: We introduce your dog to following a scent. From basic tracking to titling your dog, we can guide you to your goals. We can also prepare you for your tracking in Schutzhund.
Executive Services: Olympus Dog Training Academy specializes in Executive K9 Services. We have fully trained protection dogs that can be purchased or Executive Protection Services with a dog and handler available 24/7. Please contact our office for further details and a demonstration of our available dogs.
Olympus also provides Bomb and Drug detection services for corporate, special events, and executives. Our clients include Much Music, Executives Concierge.
Police Dog/Corrections: Over the years Olympus has provided numerous dogs to Canadian Police Forces, Correction Facilities and Security Specialists. Dogs are sold trained in a variety of aspects between 14 months and 2 ½ yrs old. Please contact us for further information, references and a demonstration of our available dogs.

Group Training Classes: 5 Week Programs $175.00 Plus GST
In-Home Training: 5 Week Programs $450.00 Includes GST
Private Consultation/Behaviour Modification $90.00/Hour Plus GST
Assessments at our Brampton or Orangeville location: Free
Our In-Board Training Programs are based on 4-8 weeks. An assessment of the dog at one of our facilities is required to determine the goals of the owner, the time needed for training and the follow up program. Please contact our training staff to book your appointment.
Rates for our In-Board Training start at $350.00 per week plus GST.

All courses are paid by cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard and Debit at our Brampton Facility. Debit not accepted at Orangeville Kennel. Please make cheques payable to Olympus Dog Training Academy.
Olympus Dog Training Academy has a great team that allows us to provide the service, training and dogs that you need. Our Instructors have experience in a variety of aspects from Obedience Training, K9 Behaviour, Protection Training, Pet Therapy Instruction to Detection work, Executive Protection, Schutzhund and CKC titles.
